01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and JLWin ("JLWin," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at jlwin.net and through the JLWin mobile application.

By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any feature of the JLWin platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. These Terms apply to all users of the JLWin platform, including registered players, visitors, and any person who accesses the platform in any capacity.

JLWin reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.

02 Eligibility

To be eligible to register and use JLWin, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• You are a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming and sports betting is lawful.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where accessing or using JLWin would be prohibited by applicable law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party.
• You have not previously been excluded from JLWin or any affiliated platform through a self-exclusion request or regulatory action.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of JLWin, nor an immediate family member of such a person.

JLWin reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in suspension or permanent closure of your account and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

03 Account Registration

Each player may hold only one (1) registered account on JLWin. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of balances held therein.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and must update it promptly if any details change. JLWin is not liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from inaccurate account information provided by you.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility, whether or not you authorized it. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify JLWin immediately at [email protected].

JLWin reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or close any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraud, identity misrepresentation, or violation of these Terms.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

JLWin supports deposits and withdrawals in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) through the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time at JLWin's discretion.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your JLWin account instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take additional processing time depending on your bank. JLWin does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed subject to identity verification and compliance checks. JLWin aims to process approved withdrawals promptly; however, processing times may vary. Withdrawals will only be made to a payment method registered in your name. JLWin reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal.

• Withdrawals to GCash and PayMaya are typically processed within minutes of approval.
• Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days depending on the receiving bank.
• JLWin reserves the right to impose withdrawal limits and to conduct enhanced due diligence on large withdrawal requests.
• Funds deposited via a specific payment method may be required to be withdrawn via the same method.

JLWin does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. All funds deposited must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Any deposit identified as originating from a third party may be reversed and the associated account suspended pending investigation.

05 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and game sessions on JLWin are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game or betting market. These rules are displayed within the relevant game or betting interface and form part of these Terms by reference.

• Finality of Results: Once a bet is confirmed or a game round is completed, the result is final. JLWin does not accept requests to cancel, reverse, or amend confirmed bets except where a technical error is identified and verified by JLWin's technical team.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Each game and betting market has defined minimum and maximum stake limits. These limits are displayed within the game interface and may be adjusted by JLWin at any time without prior notice.
• Technical Failures: In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or system error during a game session or bet placement, JLWin will use reasonable efforts to reconstruct the session from server logs. JLWin's determination of the outcome in such cases is final.
• Suspicious Activity: JLWin reserves the right to void any bet or game result where there is reasonable suspicion of manipulation, collusion, use of automated software, or any other form of cheating.
• Sports Betting: Odds for sports events including PBA, NBA, UFC, boxing, swimming, and beach volleyball are subject to change up to the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are the odds that apply to that bet.

JLWin uses certified random number generation (RNG) technology for all casino-style games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. The integrity of game results is a core commitment of the JLWin platform.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

JLWin may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to registered players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be communicated at the time the offer is made.

• Bonuses are credited to your account in Philippine Peso and are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• JLWin reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Abuse of bonus offers, including the creation of multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and may result in permanent account suspension.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.
• JLWin reserves the right to reclaim any bonus or bonus-derived winnings if it determines that the bonus was claimed in breach of these Terms or the specific promotion terms.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the JLWin platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of account balances, and referral to relevant Philippine authorities where applicable.

• Underage Gambling: Allowing or facilitating access to JLWin by any person under 21 years of age.
• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, using stolen payment credentials, or misrepresenting your eligibility to use the platform.
• Money Laundering: Using JLWin for any purpose related to money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime. JLWin complies with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws and will report suspicious activity to the appropriate authorities.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to interact with the JLWin platform in place of genuine human play.
• Exploitation of Errors: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Chargebacks: Initiating unauthorized chargebacks or payment reversals with your bank or payment provider. JLWin will pursue recovery of any funds subject to fraudulent chargebacks.
• Multiple Accounts: Registering or operating more than one account on JLWin, whether directly or through a third party.

08 Responsible Gaming

JLWin provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control your spending. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a cooling-off period when increased.
• Session Reminders: Configure time-based reminders that notify you of how long you have been playing in a single session.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion from the JLWin platform. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be suspended and you will not be able to log in, deposit, or place bets. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed during the elected exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: Enable periodic pop-up notifications during game sessions that display your session duration and net gaming activity.

JLWin strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement for all players. We conduct age verification checks during registration and reserve the right to request additional documentation at any time. Accounts where age verification cannot be completed will be suspended until verification is provided.

09 Intellectual Property

All content on the JLWin platform — including but not limited to the JLWin name and logo, game graphics, user interface designs, software, text, images, audio, and video — is the exclusive property of JLWin or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the JLWin platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any JLWin content without prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on JLWin content.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the JLWin platform.
• Use JLWin's trademarks, logos, or branding in any manner without express written authorization.

Any unauthorized use of JLWin's intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by JLWin.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, JLWin and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the JLWin platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits resulting from technical failures, system outages, or connectivity issues beyond JLWin's reasonable control.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Interruption or unavailability of the platform due to scheduled maintenance, emergency maintenance, or force majeure events.
• Errors in odds, game results, or payout calculations that are corrected promptly upon discovery.

JLWin's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your JLWin account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The JLWin platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. JLWin makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors.

11 Privacy

JLWin collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the JLWin platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

JLWin is committed to protecting the personal data of Filipino players in compliance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. Your data will not be sold to third parties and will only be shared with service providers and regulatory authorities as required by law or as necessary to operate the platform.

12 Amendments to These Terms

JLWin reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, JLWin will notify registered players via email or through a prominent notice on the platform. The revised Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notice.

Your continued use of the JLWin platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting [email protected].

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute between you and JLWin, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting JLWin support. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue resolution through the appropriate courts or regulatory bodies of the Philippines.

JLWin operates under PAGCOR licensing requirements. Players who believe their dispute involves a regulatory matter may contact PAGCOR through the appropriate channels as provided under Philippine gaming regulations.
